A new chapter is opening in Radcliff with the arrival of General Pho Vietnamese Kitchen LLC, located at 944 N. Dixie Blvd. The restaurant is the culmination of years of work by owner Van Tran, whose journey from Vietnam to the United States, through a 20-year Army career, and into small-business ownership is a story of persistence, service, and determination.
